Own a Day ("the platform") allows users to purchase the right to display a public page associated with a specific calendar date. Purchasing a date gives you a non-exclusive licence to the page for that date on this platform.

2. Purchases

All purchases are final. By completing a purchase you agree to our refund policy. Payments are processed by Mollie B.V.

3. Content

You are responsible for all content you publish on your day page. Content must comply with our Content Policy. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Own a Day a licence to display that content on the platform.
